What is your favourite restaurant?
I live in the UK and have a range of preferred restaurants for different cuisines in London.
- British – Soho Mother Mash or the local Fish and Chips
- Mexican – Wahaca
- Japanese – Benihana or Wasabi
- Thai – Thai Square or Busaba Eathai
- American – Big Easy and The Breakfast Club
- Italian – Sartorie
- Brasilian – Cabana

It’s been a long time since I lived in the UK. These days I live in New Mexico. I’m kind of fond of “Oso Grill” in Capitan, or “The Buckhorn” and “The Owl” in San Antonio.

My two favorite restaurants I have ever been to were Joel Robuchon in Las Vegas (https://mgmgrand.mgmresorts.com/en/restaurants/joel-robuchon-french-restaurant.html) and Steirereck, in Vienna’s Stadtpark (https://www.steirereck.at/steirereck.en.html). They were both amazing dining experiences with exquisitely prepared food.

Amazing recommendations – they both look so incredible š Las Vegas is on my bucket list, and I travelled to Vienna last summer, but I regret not finding Steirereck, now I must go back to visit it!
