Happy Tuesday lovelies! I haven’t really shared much about myself, so when I stumbled upon this tag on Travel in Retrospect, I thought it would be a lovely way to get better acquainted. Be sure to check out Travel in Retrospect’s blog, it’s incredible!
Without further ado, the ‘About Me’ Tag (25 questions).
1. What is your middle name?
Anne
2. What was your favourite subject at school?
In primary it was Maths, but when I got to secondary school, it changed to English.
3. What is your favourite drink?
I got three:
- Oreo Milkshake
- Hazelnut Hot Chocolate
- Water (to clear off the pimples I got from my first two answers)
4. What is your favourite song at the moment?
‘Will you still love me tomorrow?’ by Carole King
5. What is your favourite food?
Bringhe (Filipino dish)
6. What is the last thing you bought?
Beauty and the Beast gifts for my friends.
7. Favourite book of all time?
I have expressed my love for Jane Eyre, and the Harry Potter and Vampire Academy series enough times already, so will leave them out this time. Another book I love sooo much is ‘Stalking Jack the Ripper’ by Kerri Maniscalco.
8. Favourite Colour?
Black
9. Do you have any pets?
Nope. I wouldn’t trust myself to take care of a goldfish.
10. Favourite Perfume?
Chanel Coco Mademoiselle
11. Favourite Holiday?
Christmas, hands down! It’s one of the rarest times when family (for me) gets together, without fail. We spend the day laughing, eating and creating wonderful memories.
12. Are you married?
Nope. It’s too early for me to start thinking about getting married.
13. Have you ever been out of the country?
Yes. I’ve been to Philippines (a few times), Portugal, Spain, America, Italy, Belgium, France, Prague, Singapore. And I will be going to America again later this year (so excited!)
14. Do you speak any other language?
No, but I wish I could. I would love to learn sign.
15. How many siblings do you have?
None, I’m an only child.
16. What is your favourite shop?
The Works. Six books for £10 and unlimited pens and notebooks…!
17. Favourite restaurant?
Benihana
18. When was the last time you cried?
A couple weeks ago, out of frustration.
19. Favourite Blog?
I don’t think it will be completely fair to just pick one as there are so many amazing blogs around (and that I follow). So, I decided to widen the selection. Here are my top six favourites:

4”11 and ¾. But let’s round up to 5 feet 😉
25. Can you cook?
Ermm…a bit. Not Masterchef quality, but I can whip up a couple little things in the kitchen.

My family is actually from the Philippines. Love visiting the country and seeing extended family, can’t wait to go back and explore again. I miss it definitely. Same, need to save up too to travel again 🙂

No, it is all natural beauty 😄 Had plans in place to visit Philippines next year before the Pandemic, but will have to wait for a little longer. Hopefully can visit again soon 😊 x

Hi Pihu! Thank you for your reading and your comment. I would LOVE to visit India ❤ I would like to go in a couple of years post-pandemic and travel across the country, meeting its wonderful people and eat the delicious food 😂🤩 It would be a dream!
